  • I booked a taxi for my brother, he forgot his phone in the taxi, he was about to get on the train, when the taxi driver came to the platform, through security to give him his phone. I have never heard of that, so a big thank you to Surrey Cars, but to the taxi driver in particular.

    I used the service on 15 October 2015 and I must say there is no one like Surrey Cars Guildford.

    I used the service several times for couple of days and the drivers were extremely humble and cooperative. Surrey cars are the best in Guildford with reasonable fares.

  • Used Surrey Cars Guildford for first time to take me to Heathrow and to bring me back home a week later and can highly recommend them. The vehicles were spotless and the drivers were courteous and friendly. Coming home my flight landed early and as I turned my phone on before leaving the plane, my driver called me to ask if I wanted him to meet me earlier than planned....now that's what I call great customer service!

When booking for an estimate I was offered a fixed price which undercut all others who had estimated a metered price. The contact was efficient, polite and friendly, spoke excellent English and emailed me at my request, to confirm his quote. The drivers, who turned up on time for each trip, were polite and friendly, drove excellently, and charged the quoted price. I shall certainly use this company again.

  • I used another local company but was let down on a number of occasions. Being a frequent traveller to airport I needed a service that was reliable (Nothing worse than pre-booking a car which does not show up at 4 a.m!)
